I am a Gozo resident and the full-time course that I am following in Malta is not at the University of Malta or MCAST. Am I still eligible to apply for the subsidy to full-time students?

Yes you are still eligible to apply if you following a full- time course in an institution other than University of Malta or MCAST provided that you meet all the other eligibility criteria.
