Anyone whose main residence is in Gozo and who is following a full-time course in Malta and who is renting accommodation in Malta. The subsidy is given to those who are renting the accommodation either by themselves, sharing with one other person or sharing with two other persons. If there are four or more people sharing the rented accommodation then they are not eligible to apply for this subsidy.
