A copy of the below documents are to be submitted with the online application:
- An official letter from the club the athlete is part of stating that the applicant is part of the club
- An attendance record that is endorsed by an official in charge of the club.
- Ferry tickets used on the days you attended travelled to Malta in connection with the sport you practice.
