When should I apply?/During which period are applications open?

Applications for the subsidy are to be submitted twice a year, at the end of each six-month period.  Applications for the period between 1^st January and 30^th June are available starting from 1^st July of that calendar year.  Applications for the period between 1^st July and the 31^st December are available starting from 1^st January of the following calendar year.
